Cancellation Policy

At Foundation Hair Studio, your time and our time are equally valuable. To protect both, we kindly enforce the following policy: • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until this fee is paid. • Professional Courtesy: This policy ensures fairness to both our stylists and clients, and allows us to accommodate those on our waitlist.
